“The boat Illusia, originally built as a fishing boat in Russia in the 60’s, now opens its doors to 13 international multidisciplinary artists, who will connect territories, minds and souls in motion through the occupation of de-contextualized spaces for contemporary art. SOAK questions the pre-conceived ideas we have concerning cultural spaces and wishes to create new opportunities for artistic practice inside un-discovered spheres.

SOAK exhibition is organized by artists from Visual Culture and Contemporary Art M.A. program from Aalto University.”
